Article 142
Conditions
The sanction will be extended if:
a) the person sanctioned has been cited properly;
b) he has had the opportunity to state his case;
c) the decision has been notifi ed properly;
d) the decision complies with the regulations of FIFA;
e) extending the sanction does not confl ict with public order and accepted standards of behaviour.
