Article 10
Involvement
1. Anyone who knowingly takes part in committing an infringement, either as instigator or accomplice, is also punishable.
2. The body will take account of the degree of guilt of the party involved by reducing the sanction as it sees fi t. It shall not go below the general lower limit of the fi ne (cf. art. 16, par.2).
