Article 104
Match Offi Cials’ Reports
1. Facts contained in match offi cials’ reports are presumed to be accu- rate.
2. Proof of the inaccuracy of the contents of these reports may be pro- vided.
3. If there is any discrepancy in the reports from the various match offi cials and there are no means of resolving the different versions of the facts, the referee’s report is considered authoritative regarding incidents that occurred on the fi eld of play; the match commissioner’s report is considered authoritative regarding incidents that took place outside the fi eld of play.
