Collaboration Among the Parties
1. The parties are obliged to collaborate to establish the facts. In particu- lar, they shall comply with requests for information from the judicial bodies.
2. Whenever deemed necessary, the secretariat verifi es the parties’ ver- sions of the facts.
3. If the parties are dilatory in responding, the chairman of the judicial body may impose a fi ne of up to CHF 10,000, after fi rst warning them.
4. If the parties fail to collaborate and there is no other means of obtain- ing the information requested, the judicial bodies will decide the case, using the fi le in their possession.
