Confi Dentiality
1. The members of the judicial bodies shall ensure that everything dis- closed to them during the course of their duty remains confi dential (facts of the case, contents of the deliberations and decisions taken).
2 Only the contents of those decisions already notifi ed to the addressees may be made public.
