Unidentifi Ed Aggressors
1. If, in the case of a group of people involved in violence, it is not pos- sible to identify the instigator(s), the body will sanction the captain and the club or association to which the aggressors belong. The person sanctioned may be reprieved by naming the guilty person(s) to the disciplinary body.
2 If, in the case of group violence, it is impossible to establish each par- ticipant’s exact share of guilt, the body will consider every participant identifi ed as a perpetrator of the infringements committed.
