Scope of Application: Natural and Legal Persons
The following are subject to this code:
a) associations;
b) members of these associations, in particular the clubs;
c) offi cials;
d) players;
e) match offi cials;
f) anyone with an authorisation from FIFA, in particular with regard to a match, competition or other event organised by FIFA;
g) spectators.
