Sequence in Proceedings Leading Up to the Decision
1. Art. 116 to 122 par. 1 apply similarly to the procedure to be fol- lowed.
2 The decisions are signed by the chairman.
3 Decisions may not be amended to the detriment of the party contest- ing them.
