Match Offi Cials’ Reports
1. Facts contained in match offi cials’ reports are presumed to be accu- rate.
2 Proof of the inaccuracy of the contents of these reports may be pro- vided.
3 If there is any discrepancy in the reports from the various match offi - cials and there are no means of resolving the different versions of the facts, the referee’s report is considered authoritative regarding incidents that occurred on the fi eld of play; the match commissioner’s report is considered authoritative regarding incidents that took place outside the fi eld of play.
