Duration
1. Infringements committed during a match may no longer be prose- cuted after a lapse of two years. As a general rule, other infringements may not be prosecuted after a lapse of ten years.
2 Infringements provided for in section 7 of the special part (doping) may not be prosecuted after a lapse of twenty years.
3 Prosecution for corruption (cf. art.
59) is not subject to a limitation period.
