Interruption
1. Time limits are interrupted:
a) from 20 December to 5 January inclusive;
b) during the period starting two (2) days before FIFA Congresses up to two (2) days after;
c) during the period starting two (2) days before the FIFA World Cup™ final com- petition up to two (2) days after except for facts arising during the final com- petition and facts which occurred before but which may have repercussions on the final competition.
