Article 154
Transitional Provisions
1. If, at the time when this code comes into force, a time limit for an appeal has not expired, the time limit stipulated in this code will apply; it will begin to run from the date when the code comes into force.
2 This rule will similarly apply to the time limit within which the appellant is required to pay the deposit demanded under art.
128. 3 The members and chairmen serving on the judicial bodies when this code comes into force remain in office until the next nominations and designations (cf. art. 87), which will be made in August 2002.
