Independence
1. The judicial bodies of FIFA pass their decisions entirely independently; in particu- lar, they shall not receive instructions from any other body.
35 2 A member of another FIFA body may not stay in the meeting room during the judi- cial bodies’ deliberations unless they have explicitly summoned him to attend.
