Article 45
Commencement of the Limitation Period
The limitation period runs as follows:
a) from the day on which the perpetrator committed the infringement;
b) if the infringement is recurrent, from the day on which the most recent infrin- gement was committed;
c) if the infringement lasted a certain period, from the day on which it ended.
