Article 146
Appeal
1. Both the body requesting extension of the sanction and the person affected by it may appeal against it.
2 A reasoned appeal shall be lodged within four (4) days of receipt of notification of the decision.
3 Any grounds for complaint may only refer to the terms set out in art. 141 and 142. It is inadmissible to question the substance of the initial decision. Subsection 4. Procedure to be followed in combating doping
