Minor Infringements
A player is cautioned if he commits any of the following offences (cf. Law 12 of the Laws of the Game and art. 17 of this code):
a) unsporting behaviour such as minor foul play, dangerous play or holding on to an opponent’s shirt or any part of his body;
b) showing dissent towards match offi cials by word or action (criticis- ing decisions, protesting);
c) persistently infringing the Laws of the Game;
d) delaying the restart of play;
e) failing to respect the required distance when play is restarted with a corner or free kick;
f) entering or re-entering the fi eld of play without the referee’s per- mission;
g) deliberately leaving the fi eld of play without the referee’s per-mis- sion;
h) simulation.
