Article 110
Form: General Rule
1. Decisions communicated by telefax shall be legally binding. Alterna- tively, decisions may be communicated by registered letter, which shall also be legally binding.
2. The communication of decisions by electronic mail is not permitted.
3. In certain circumstances, the special provisions set out in art. 111 may apply.
