Meetings
1. The committee meetings are deemed to be valid if at least three mem- bers are present.
2. At the behest of the chairman, the secretariat shall call the number of members deemed necessary to each meeting. The chairman shall, as far as possible, ensure that the confederations are equitably repre- sented among the members called to the meeting.
3. The number of members deemed necessary for each committee are called to the meetings held during the fi nal competitions of the FIFA World Cup™ and other FIFA competitions.
