Article 101
Contents
1. The parties shall be heard before any decision is passed.
2. They may, in particular:
a) refer to the fi le;
b) present their argument in fact and in law;
c) request production of proof;
d) be involved in the production of proof;
e) obtain a reasoned decision.
3. Special provisions may apply in certain circumstances.
