Appeal
1. Both the body requesting extension of the sanction and the person affected by it may appeal against it.
2. A reasoned appeal shall be lodged within four days of notifi cation of the decision.
3. Any grounds for complaint may only refer to the terms set out in art. 143 and 144. It is inadmissible to question the substance of the initial decision. Subsection 4. Review
