Member Associations’ Disciplinary Codes
1. The member associations are obliged to adapt their own disciplinary provisions to the general principles of this Code for the purpose of harmonising disciplinary measures. Article 15 (except paragraph 7 a)) and article 66 paragraph 4 of this Code are considered mandatory in domestic competitions.
2. Upon FIFA’s request, the member associations must provide FIFA with a copy of their updated regulations.
3. All member associations shall also ensure that no one is involved in the management of clubs or the association itself who is under prosecution for action unworthy of such a position or who has been convicted of a criminal offence in the past five years. 56
