Closure of Proceedings
Proceedings may be closed when:
a) the parties reach an agreement;
b) a party is under insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the relevant national law and is legally unable to comply with an order;
c) a club is disaffiliated from an association;
d) the alleged violation has not been proven. Organisation and Competence III. 45
