Meetings
1. At the request of the chairperson of the judicial body, the deputy chairperson or, in their absence, the longest-serving member available, and depending on the seriousness of the potential infringement, the secretariat shall call the number of members deemed necessary to each meeting.
2. A meeting may take place with a single judge.
3. The chairperson shall conduct the meetings and pass the decisions that this Code empowers them to take. In the absence of the chairperson of a judicial body, responsibility for deputising shall fall to the respective deputy chairperson or, in the absence of the deputy chairperson, to the longest-serving member or, in the absence of both, to the single judge.
