COLOURS, FLAG AND INSIGNIA
The colours, flag and insignia of FIBA, and the use thereof, are approved by the Central Board. The use of the flag and insignia of FIBA are restricted to official competitions and meetings of FIBA unless written approval has been obtained from the Secretary General. The use of the flag and insignia of FIBA is mandatory at all official competitions.
