THE COURT OF ARBITRATION FOR SPORT
Subject to 14.1.14 and 33, any dispute arising from these General Statutes (including the election of Central Board members), the Internal Regulations, other rules and regulations, and decisions of FIBA that cannot be settled by the FIBA-internal appeals process shall be definitively settled by a tribunal constituted in accordance with the Statutes of the Bodies Working for the Settlement of Sports-Related Disputes and Procedural Rules of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland. The parties concerned shall undertake to comply with the Statutes of the Bodies Working for the Settlement of Sports-Related Disputes and Procedural Rules of the Court of Arbitration for Sport and to accept and enforce its decision in good faith.
