Article 45
REPLACEMENT OF MEMBERS
Subject to Articles 14.2.5 and 14.2.6, and 20.2, members of FIBA divisions and their bodies who a) die;
b) resign; or c) do not or are unable to take an active or satisfactory part in the activities of FIBA may be replaced by the Central Board for the balance of their term.
