Article 66
Failure to Comply
1. Any association that fails to fulfi l its obligations in accordance with art. 65 shall be fi ned.
2. In the case of a serious infringement of art. 65, additional sanctions may be imposed, such as a stadium ban (cf. art.
26) or ordering a team to play on neutral ground (cf. art. 25).
3. The right is reserved to pronounce certain sanctions for safety reasons, even if no infringement has been committed (cf. art. 7, par. 2).
