Article 120
Time Limit for Appeal
1. Any party intending to appeal must inform the FIFA Appeal Committee of its intention to do so in writing within three days of notifi cation of the decision.
2. Reasons for the appeal must then be given in writing within a further time limit of seven days, This seven-day period begins after the fi rst deadline of three days has expired.
3. If these requirements have not been complied with, the appeal is not admissible.
4. In urgent cases, the chairman may shorten the deadline for the submission of the reasons for appeal.
5. The association receiving the petition of appeal shall forward it immediately to FIFA.
