Collaboration by the Parties
1. The parties are obliged to collaborate to establish the facts. In particular, they shall comply with requests for information from the judicial bodies.
2. Whenever deemed necessary, the secretariat verifi es the parties’ versions of the facts. 59SECOND TITLE. ORGANISATION AND PROCEDURE CHAPTER II. PROCEDURE 3. If the parties are dilatory in responding, the chairman of the judicial body may, after warning them, impose a fi ne of up to CHF 10,000.
