Confi Dentiality
1. The members of the judicial bodies shall ensure that everything disclosed to them during the course of their duty remains confi dential (facts of the case, contents of the deliberations and decisions taken).
2. Only the contents of those decisions already notifi ed to the addressees may be made public.
