Oral Statements, Procedure
1. The chairman decides on the sequence of the oral statements.
2. Once the hearing of evidence has ended, the chairman allows the person against whom proceedings are being conducted a fi nal opportunity to speak.
3. The oral statements terminate with the parties’ closing statement.
