Article 119
Eligibility to Appeal
1. Anyone who has been a party to the proceedings before the fi rst instance and has a legally protected interest justifying amendment or cancellation of the decision may lodge an appeal with the Appeal Committee.
2. Associations may appeal against decisions sanctioning their players, offi cials or members. They shall have the written agreement of the person concerned.
