Article 79
Form and Content of the Decision
1. The decision shall contain: (a) the composition of the panel; (b) the names of the parties; (c) the date of the decision; (d) a summary of the facts; (e) the grounds of the decision; (f) the provisions on which the decision was based; (g) the terms of the decision; (h) notice of the channels for appeal.
2. The decision shall be signed by the chairperson and transmitted by the secretariat.
