Applicable Law
The FIFA judicial bodies base their decisions:
a) primarily, on the FIFA Statutes as well as FIFA’s regulations, circulars, directives and decisions, and the Laws of the Game; and b) subsidiarily, on Swiss law and any other law that the competent judicial body deems applicable.
