Closure of Proceedings
Proceedings may be closed when:
a) the parties reach an agreement;
b) a party is under insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings according to the respective procedures provided for by the relevant national law;
c) a club is disaffiliated from an association;
d) the alleged violation has not been proven.
