Article 108

Chapter I. Organisation

1. The languages used in proceedings are the four offi cial languages of FIFA (English, French, German and Spanish). The body and parties may choose any of these languages.

2. FIFA may, if necessary, use the services of an interpreter.

3. Decisions are passed in one of the languages used by the association concerned or the association to which the person concerned belongs. Efforts will be made to use the association’s fi rst language, wherever possible.

4. If the language used in a decision is not the mother tongue of the person concerned, the association to which the person belongs will be responsible for translating it.
