Enforcement
These regulations were approved by the FIFA Council on 14 March 2023 and come into force on 1 April 2023 with the exception of article 18 paragraph 1; Annexe 2, article 2 paragraph 3; Annexe 3, article 10 paragraphs 5 e) and 6 a) and b); Annexe 3, article 12 paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 which will come into force on
1. October 2023. Temporary amendments approved by the FIFA Council as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic will be periodically reviewed and removed accordingly. Temporary amendments approved by the FIFA Council as a result of the war in Ukraine will be periodically reviewed and removed accordingly.
