These regulations were approved by the FIFA Council on 24 October 2019 and come into force on 1 March 2020 with the exception of article 1 paragraph 2; article 20; article 22 e); Annexe 5, article 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 which will come into force on 1 July 2020.
