Article 79
Form and Content of the Decision
1. The decision shall contain:
- a. the composition of the panel;
- b. the names of the parties;
- c. the date of the decision;
- d. a summary of the facts;
- e. the grounds of the decision;
- f. the provisions on which the decision was based;
- g. the terms of the decision;
- h. notice of the channels for appeal.
2. The decision shall be signed by the chairperson and transmitted by the secretariat.
