Languages Used in Proceedings
1. The languages used in proceedings shall be the four official languages of FIFA (English, French, German and Spanish). The body and parties may choose any of these languages.
2. FIFA may, if necessary, use the services of an interpreter.
3. Decisions shall be taken in one of the languages used by the association concerned or the association to which the person concerned belongs. Efforts will be made to use the association’s first language, wherever possible. III. ORGANISATION AND PROCEDURE
