Overlapping responsibilities
Cases that come under the scope of application of this Code of Ethics as well as the FIFA Disciplinary Code shall be dealt with primarily by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee. In any case, the chairmen of both committees shall agree on which committee is responsible beforehand.
