Enforcement, Revocation, Transitional Provision
The conduct and procedural regulations of this Code were adopted by the FIFA Executive Committee on 15 September 2006 and come into force on 15 September 2006. Upon enforcement, this Code of Ethics shall immediately supersede the previous Code of Ethics of 6 October 2004. This Code of Ethics applies to any matters that arise after it has come into force.
