WADA v. RUSADA

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) upheld WADA's decision to declare RUSADA non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code. The panel imposed a two-year period of consequences during which Russian athletes may only compete under a neutral flag at major events, including the Olympics and World Championships. The panel significantly reduced the four-year ban requested by WADA but maintained strict reinstatement conditions for RUSADA.
